Ottawa, the conclusion

Our last night in Ottawa was a lot of fun. It always seems like the most fun to be had in a city, even a new city, is found in enjoying some QT with friends. We just planted ourselves in Patrick's sauna of a room and flipped through trashy Canadian television until the early hours of the morning.
After resting up for the return trip, we grabbed breakfast and our belongings, and readied ourselves for the road.

Patrick sees us off.

Sadness is apparent here, as we consider the first stop on our grand voyage, knowing it is soon to be in the past.

"Drink N Dreidel"
Gimmel wins all.

Gimmel!

AU NATURAL

OY VEY!

flamin' hot chee-tos (TM) were the spoils of the day

perhaps the most elegant moment of the night was when patrick became aware of laura's camera.

"PAPARAZZI!"

"You killed Diana!"

Patrick's friend, James, was in his room again.

James looks precious, eh?

Highlights of Ottawa:
1. Walking around the city
2. Eavesdropping on Quebecois
3. Teaching Patrick the proper usage of "That's What She Said"

Enjoy your first semester at school, Pat, and look out for some postcards!
